My house has a problem, namely a lack of comfortable chairs. The number of comfortable chairs amounts to exactly one - a pleasant two-seater sofa which, due to the excess of cushions that my landlady believes are necessary, can seat only about one-and-a-half people.

Now, there are some constraints on what I do about this. I'm renting so I'm not interested in replacing the existing furniture. My flat is a svelte thing, so most corners have been utilised in one way or another. And I don't really want to buy furniture which I'll be unable to use as and when I move into new lodgings.

The current solution which I am pondering to this dilemma is buying a bean-bag chair sort of thing - specifically, this one http://www.ambientlounge.co.uk/conversion-lounger-bean-bag.htm . I am encouraged by the website selling this lifestyle accessory. However, a voice inside my head is urging caution. It is telling me that it is the website's job to sell bean-bags. That few other people possess them. That although I've always wanted a bean-bag, always having wanted something doesn't mean they're any good[1]. That it'll take up too much space and be insufficiently useful. That I should get a standard chair, or just cope as I have in the previous years.

Since this is an area I know nothing about, it is self-evident that asking other people will make me wiser. Thus...

Angoel should get a..
