I popped into London for the G3 day this Saturday, and got involved in a game of Twilight Imperium. This is an epic game of empires struggling against each other to dominate the galaxy, which took us about seven hours. I won this, mainly due to getting an action card which allowed me to take the 'gain victory points' strategy card twice in a row. I would claim that this was somewhat broken, if there weren't other equally silly cards - the political card 'execute player - he looses all future actions, all his units fight at reduced strength' which was aimed at me during the game being a prime example. If I hadn't been able to veto it, things would not have gone well.
