I generally dislike my back, and the fact I don't know what I should be doing to make it work correctly. Sleep, for example - is that good or bad for backs. Would it be net good to stay up for my back or is that outweighed by the lack of sleep for me? Is it correct to avoid cooking dinner because of the effort of throwing pots and pans about, and instead eat a packet of biscuits? Is do-it-yourself acupuncture the way forwards? If I stopped wondering what the next problem round the corner for me was, would that stop it being there or would I simply be unprepared?
